Compensation: Two Ways To Earn Commission

Our compensation structure is designed to reward you for closing new customers while helping you build a growing portfolio of recurring monthly income.

1. Upfront Sales Commissions

Every new customer purchases a $2,000 marketing setup package. You earn a 50% gross commission, equal to $1,000 per new customer, before applicable deductions.

Our recommended beginner goal is three new customers per week, or approximately 12 new customers per month.

Close 12 new customers in a month, and you generate $12,000 in upfront sales commissions.

2. Recurring Monthly Commissions

In addition to your upfront commissions, you earn 50% of each customer's monthly subscription once their subscription begins after the initial 30 day period and their payment is successfully processed.

Here's an example of what your monthly recurring income could look like:

12 customers on the $1,500 monthly subscription = $9,000 per month in recurring commissions.

Every additional active customer can increase your monthly recurring commissions. As you continue closing new customers, you're building a growing portfolio of recurring income instead of relying entirely on new sales.

Our estimated sales activity shows that 150 outbound calls could result in approximately 30 connections, 20 completed sales conversations, and 2 to 4 potential new customers.

All earnings examples are potential and not guaranteed. Actual commissions depend on sales performance, customer payments, active subscriptions, applicable deductions, and the independent contractor agreement. Recurring commissions continue only while the qualifying customer remains active and you remain an active Solutions AF consultant.

This is a 100% commission based independent contractor opportunity with no base salary. Commissions are paid biweekly.

These services represent an estimated combined value of $4,750, offered as a $2,000 initial setup package, followed by a monthly subscription $1,500.

The best part? You don't perform any of the marketing work. Our AI platform and fulfillment systems handle the technical steps, marketing automation, content creation, and ongoing services. Your role is to consult with business owners, close sales, and grow your recurring income.

Your Sales Process

We've designed a simple, repeatable sales process so you can focus on connecting with business owners and closing deals.

You'll use our unlimited leads, power dialer, and proven scripts to contact local business owners through outbound cold calling. Each business consultation typically takes around 30 minutes, during which you'll identify the owner's needs, explain our solutions, and close the sale over the phone.

Once the customer agrees, you'll send them your personalized payment link, which automatically tracks your commissions. You'll then schedule a simple 30 minute onboarding call to collect approximately 20 basic details about their business.

That's it! Our AI platform handles the rest, allowing you to get right back to connecting with new business owners.

You're also welcome to generate additional customers through referrals, social media, your personal network, or other outreach methods.

Flexible Schedule and Work Life Balance

We believe a successful future proof position should provide financial freedom and the flexibility to enjoy your life. That's why we encourage our consultants to work just three focused days per week, with a recommended activity level of approximately 150 calls per workday.

These are recommendations, not mandatory daily call quotas. You choose your working days and hours and can work additional days if you prefer.

We focus on results rather than hours worked. Our goal is to build a successful, supportive team of consultants who genuinely enjoy their future proof position.

Who We're Looking For

We're especially interested in individuals with experience in outbound cold calling, B2B sales, appointment setting, business development, door to door sales, or commission based closing. Experience in solar, roofing, home improvement, or similar industries is also valuable.

However, sales experience is preferred, not required. We welcome motivated beginners who are confident communicators, coachable, and eager to learn.

To work remotely, you'll need reliable high speed internet, a working computer and phone, a quiet workspace, and the ability to work independently.

Coaching and Support

We provide everything you need to learn our sales process, including unlimited leads, a power dialer, proven scripts, recorded sales calls, objection handling techniques, product education, and ongoing support.

Our unpaid 30min coaching program includes a short course followed by a 30 minute phone session. Motivated candidates can typically begin reaching out to prospective customers within 48 hours.

No previous marketing experience is necessary, and no upfront investment is required to begin.
