Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using this platform and services provided by Solutions AF (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the Solutions AF Core 18 Platform, other software solutions, and any related services we offer. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use this platform or services.

2. Services and Subscriptions

Upon purchase, you will receive login credentials to access the cloud-based platform. No physical items or software CDs are provided. Access begins immediately upon receipt of credentials.

The platform is delivered as a cloud-based service and requires an internet connection to access.

Subscription Terms

Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless canceled. The subscription fee will be charged to your payment method on file.

A cancellation link is sent to your email and is also available in the platform dashboard.

Solutions AF reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.

Optional Add-Ons

HIPAA Compliance is available as an optional add-on. If your state requires HIPAA Compliance, you are responsible for adding this service. This requirement is communicated during demo calls and on our website.

We are not liable for your failure to meet compliance requirements.

3. Refund Policy

Conditions for Refund

Refunds may be requested by emailing [email protected] before your next billing date, provided you have not downloaded any snapshots, documents, templates, workflows, or other materials during onboarding.

No reason is required if the above condition is met.

Refund Voiding

Downloading any snapshots, documents, templates, workflows, or other materials during onboarding voids your eligibility for a refund.

4. Updates and Changes

Updates to existing features and tools are included in your subscription.

Solutions AF may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time to improve the platform.

Major new tools or optional features may be offered at additional cost.

While we strive to maintain reliable service, uninterrupted access to the platform cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, updates, or third-party infrastructure issues may affect availability.

5. Customer Support

Support is available to active subscribers by email, Zoom, or the chat support widget.

Details are provided in your welcome email onboarding course.

Specific response times are not guaranteed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities, spam, or intellectual property violations
• Share access credentials or allow unauthorized account use

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Data Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining copies of your important data.

While the platform stores data for normal operation, Solutions AF does not guarantee permanent storage or backups of customer data. Solutions AF is not responsible for data loss resulting from customer actions, third-party integrations, platform outages, or technical issues outside our control.

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

• Non-payment
• Misuse of the platform
• Harassment, abuse, or materially false statements intended to damage the business

Upon termination:

• All data associated with the account may be permanently deleted
• Access to the platform and related tools ceases immediately

9. Third-Party Integrations

Core 18 operates on established software infrastructure and may integrate with external services.

Solutions AF does not control these third-party systems and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or performance. Changes made by third-party providers may affect system functionality, and Solutions AF is not responsible for outages or disruptions caused by these additional third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solutions AF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Lost profits
• Lost data
• Business interruption
• Loss of goodwill

Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you during the previous billing cycle.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Solutions AF harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

Solutions AF retains ownership of the Core 18 system configuration, branding, automation, workflows, templates, documentation, training materials, courses and all related content provided through our services.

These materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Core 18 platform while your subscription remains active.

This license does not grant ownership of the platform, system configuration, or any proprietary materials provided by Solutions AF.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform, workflows, templates, or materials without written permission from Solutions AF.

You retain full ownership of all contacts, leads, data, and content that you create, upload, or store within the platform.

13. Confidentiality

All proprietary information shared during demos, onboarding, courses or consultations must remain confidential.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Idaho.

You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

15. SMS Communications

By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following:

• Message frequency varies
• Message and data rates may apply
• To opt out, reply STOP
• To get help, reply HELP or email [email protected]

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing and using the platform, you agree to contact Solutions AF directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with Solutions AF may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Solutions AF reserves the right to submit these Terms of Service, account records, and usage logs as evidence in response to any payment dispute.

17. Changes to Terms

Solutions AF may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
