1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing and using the software and services provided by Solutions AF (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the Solutions AF Core 18 Software, other software solutions, and any related services we offer. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our software or services.
2. Services and Subscriptions
Software Access
Upon purchase, you will receive login credentials to access the cloud-based software. No physical items or software CDs are provided. Access begins immediately upon receipt of credentials.
Subscription Terms
Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless canceled. The subscription fee will be charged to your payment method on file. A cancellation link is sent to your email and is also available in the software dashboard.
Optional Add-Ons
HIPAA Compliance is available as an optional add-on. If your state requires HIPAA Compliance, you are responsible for adding this service. This requirement is communicated during demo calls and on our website. We are not liable for your failure to meet compliance requirements.
3. Refund Policy
Conditions for Refund

before your next billing date, provided:
You have not downloaded any snapshots, documents, templates, or workflows.
No reason is required if the above condition is met.
Refund Voiding
Downloading any snapshots, documents, or templates during onboarding videos your eligibility for a refund.
4. Updates and Changes
Updates to existing features and tools are included in your subscription. Major new tools and features may be offered at additional costs and are optional.
5. Customer Support
Support is available to active subscribers by email, phone, or chat. Details are provided in your welcome email. Specific response times are not guaranteed.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the software for illegal activities, spam, or intellectual property violations.
Share access credentials or allow unauthorized account use.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination.
7. Data Responsibilities
You are responsible for backing up your own data. We do not store or use your data. Data loss due to customer error or technical issues is not our responsibility.
8. Termination
We may terminate accounts for:
Non-payment.
Misuse of the software.
Slander or false statements about our business.
Upon termination:
All data associated with the account is permanently deleted.
Access to software and tools ceases immediately.
9. Third-Party Integrations
We strive to integrate with third-party systems but cannot guarantee compatibility with all systems, especially outdated ones.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid during your last billing cycle. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the software.
12. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of the software, including its code, features, and trademarks. Subscribing grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software while your subscription is active. You retain ownership of all leads and contacts generated or stored within the software.
13. Confidentiality
All proprietary information shared during demos, onboarding, or consultations must remain confidential.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Idaho. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Idaho. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
15. Changes to Terms
By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following:

Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
